If customer don't confirm/ cancel the order after some time of period (ex: after 24 hours) then you can enable auto cancel mode so, the app will automatically cancel the order or add "COD_CANCEL" tag in shopify panel after selected time.

SETUP

Step 1 : Go to app Sidebar-> App Settings.

Step 2 : Go to Un verified order cancellation section and enable option.

Step 3: Select time after re-attempt should happen.

Step 4 : Save settings
