Once customer will place an order, app will send 6 digit OTP on his/her phone number entered in the checkout form, 

On thank you page, a widget to enter OTP code will be visible.


Customer need to add OTP to confirm the order or customer can click on cancel button to cancel the order.


In case of fail to receive OTP on first attempt customer can resend OTP by clicking on "resend" button.




OTP Setup :


Step 1: Open an app in your Shopify store. 


Step 2: Sidebar -> OTP Mode -> OTP.




Step 3 : 

  • OTP message text : Set OTP message text as per your requirement with use of given variables, which will replace with original values while sending to the customer.

  • OTP resend : Resend OTP option will be disable after a selected number of trials attempt.

  • Feedback message text : Message text to display after customer action on the thank you page on add OTP.


Note : If you want to send OTP message with your brand sender ID then please register your sender ID in DLT and send us entity ID, sender ID, template content and SMS content.
