Shopify store owners can get their COD orders confirmed with the help of an application available on Shopify app store. Which auto confirms the orders with IVR calls, SMS & OTPs.

Step 1. Go to the Shopify app page : CLICK HERE

Step 2. Click on the "Add app" button given on the app page and follow the steps.

Step 3. Approve Usage Charges and Install the app, App is free to install. There is no monthly charges. Only usage based charges will be applied.

The charges are depends on selected verification mode and country.

Steps to open the app installed on your Shopify store

Step 1 :  Go to the Shopify store admin. Click on the apps tab in the sidebar of Shopify panel. 

Step 2 :  Find & Click COD Order Confirmation.

There you will find app settings and different modes for verification as shown in the screen below.

It will start Voice calling feature for order confirmation automatically. You can manage rest of the settings if you want any changes.

That's it. It will keep confirming orders automatically and you can filter Shopify orders with tags of Confirm, Cancelled & Pending orders.
