To add WhatsApp chat widget on your store along with multiple useful features, follow the given steps below.

Step 1: 

Open https://apps.shopify.com/whatsapp-sharing and click on "Add App" button to install app on Shopify store.

Step 2:

Upon successful app installation, it will open the app. Or you can open Shopify app by clicking on "Apps" menu in left sidebar.

Step 3:

Settings > WhatsApp Chat > Find the section highlighted below.

Enable the feature you want to have on your store with Chat widget,

i.e. WhatsApp Chat, FAQ (Help), Contact Us & Track Order

PS : You just need to enable widget and your are done. Almost all settings are by default.

Step 4:

If you enabled WhatsApp Chat widget, It will required you to add WhatsApp contact. Where store visitors can enquire through their WhatsApp.

Click on "Edit Settings" button, to edit WhatsApp widget related settings.

Click on "Add Number" button. And add the WhatsApp support contact number.

That's it. You are done. WhatsApp chat widget is ready to be used by your store visitors. :)
